What is the difference between a fade and a taper?
A fade blends down to the skin (or very close) over a short distance. A taper keeps more length and only shortens the hairline at the neck and temples, so it grows out softer.
How often should I get a skin fade touched up?
Most skin fades look sharpest for 10 to 14 days. Regulars book every two weeks; a line up between cuts keeps the edges crisp.
Do you cut curly and coily hair?
Every barber at Fade Lab cuts all textures. Ask Miles or Dre for curly tops, and Ko for scissor work on thick or straight hair.
Is a hot towel included?
Yes. Every cut finishes with a neck shave and a hot towel. The Hot Towel Shave is a full face shave on its own.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Please do. Show it during the consult and your barber will tell you honestly how it will work with your hair.
